Team Coaching in the Sky

Team skydiving coaching is fully customized to your team’s season plan, goals, and experience level. To book, please
contact me directly.

If you’re an individual looking to join a group, you can use my Pickup Finder to get on the list or
reach out with your available dates—I’ll help match you to a team or build a compatible group.

What to Expect

Before training, your team will receive a session plan aligned with your season goals, the camp structure, and daily objectives. Each morning, we’ll discuss priorities, strategy, and how we’ll track success throughout the day.

For each jump, we’ll prep, dirt dive, and creep the skydive in detail before execution. After landing, we’ll debrief using your outside video, reviewing key elements like:

  • Exit strategy and performance
  • Block technique and efficiency
  • Randoms, timing, and flow
  • Team communication and mindset
  • Progress toward daily and season goals

Pace and Progression

Jump volume and pacing vary by team:

  • Brand-new teams usually start with 40-minute calls between loads
  • Most experienced teams move to 20-minute calls
  • Back-to-back jumps are an option once the team is ready and has two rigs

Teams typically complete 5 to 14 jumps per day depending on pace, rigging, and weather.

Competitions

Southern California offers several great 4-way and 8-way meets throughout the year. Check out
SoCal SkyQuest to learn more and find events that fit your training goals.

To book a full season of coaching,
