How Private Tunnel Coaching Works

How to Book and What to Expect

How Individual Tunnel Coaching Works

Curious about how personal tunnel coaching works with me? Here’s what to expect:

Booking

Most sessions are booked in 10-minute flying blocks (15-minute on special request) — just reach out. It’s common to book multiple sessions in a day. For experienced or athletic flyers, up to an hour of flying in a day is possible.

You can book directly at furycoaching.youcanbook.me. If you don’t see a date that works or want to book a large block of time,
contact me directly.

The Session

We meet about 30 minutes before your scheduled tunnel time to go over your goals and build a customized flight plan.

Then we head into the tunnel, where you’ll fly 6 short sessions, each lasting about 1 minute and 40 seconds. Between each flight, you’ll have rest time, a short debrief if needed, and preparation for the next flight.

After your total flight time is complete, we’ll do a full debrief to break down what happened and what to focus on next. You’ll leave with clear notes and personalized “work-ons” for your next session.

What We Can Train

  • Core 4-way and 8-way skills: fast and accurate movements, power, turning pieces, outracing, and more.
  • Big way readiness: building the fall rate range, stability, and control needed to excel on large formations.
  • General flight skills: from body awareness and control to advanced technique.

No matter your current level, we’ll build your foundation and push your potential.

Christy's coaching offers so much more than simply learning the dive pool--to fly well, one needs to engineer appropriately, walk purposefully, clearly understand the formations, recognize the role each flyer plays, and think. But even more to the point, each person coached receives personal attention to develop their skill, celebrating successes and examining weaknesses.
