Privacy Policy

This site is operated by Fury Coaching (F&F dba Perris Fury LLC), based at Skydive Perris in Perris, California. This page describes what information we collect through furycoaching.com and our event sites — perrisfreshmeet.com and skyquest.furycoaching.com — why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what you give us, we use it only to respond to you and send you things you asked for, and we never sell it.

What we collect and why

Contact form

When you send a message through the contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject, and message you provide. It is stored securely in our database and emailed to Christy so she can reply. It is used for nothing else.

Newsletter and interest lists

When you sign up for the newsletter or an interest list — here or on one of our event sites — we store the name and email address you provide and the interests you selected, and use them only to send you what you signed up for (for example, a note when event registration opens). Email is sent through Brevo, our email service provider, which processes your address on our behalf. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages are read, how visitors arrive, and similar aggregate statistics. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data under Google's privacy policy. We look at this data in aggregate; we do not use it to identify individuals.

Spam prevention

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which distinguishes people from bots. To do that, Cloudflare processes technical information about your visit (such as IP address and browser characteristics) under Cloudflare's privacy policy. Turnstile does not show you puzzles in normal use and does not track you across sites.

Event registration and payments

Registrations, bookings, and payments are handled on our registration site, register.furycoaching.com. Card details are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers. See that site for details on the information collected during registration.

What we don't do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
• We do not run third-party advertising on this site.
• We do not send marketing email to contact-form senders who didn't subscribe.

Retention and your choices

Contact messages are kept so Christy has the history of your conversation; newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time via the contact form — this includes rights available to California residents under the CCPA. We will act on verified requests promptly.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If our practices change, this page will be updated and the effective date above will change. Questions? Get in touch.
