Terms of Use

Effective August 2, 2026

These terms govern your use of furycoaching.com, operated by Fury Coaching (F&F dba Perris Fury LLC). By using this website you accept these terms; if you disagree with them, please don't use the site.

Safety first

Skydiving is dangerous, and nothing on this site is a substitute for in-person training. Read the full Safety Disclaimer — it is part of these terms.

Content ownership

Unless otherwise stated, Fury Coaching and its licensors own the content on this site — articles, photographs, videos, illustrations, dive pool materials, and training resources. You're welcome to view, print, and share links to anything here for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish site content on another website, sell or license it, or use it commercially without written permission. Materials expressly offered for download (flashcards, resources, and similar) may be used for your own training and your team's.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site in a way that damages it or impairs access to it, and don't use it for anything unlawful or harmful — including scraping content in bulk, submitting spam through the contact form, or attempting to bypass its security measures.

Coaching, events, and purchases

Booking coaching, registering for events, and making purchases happen on register.furycoaching.com, which has its own registration terms, payment processing, and refund handling. In-person activities are governed by the liability waivers signed at the dropzone or tunnel.

No warranties; limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is." We work to keep the information accurate and current, but we make no warranties about completeness or accuracy, and content may change or be removed at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fury Coaching (F&F dba Perris Fury LLC), its owners, members, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. See the Safety Disclaimer for the safety-specific limitation of liability.
